The receptionists now think there doctors you cant get passed the receptionists they decide whether you get an appointment or not .The receptionist takes calls in reception area everyone can here peoples private diagnosis and you have young kids answering the phone talking to you as though your stupid and they know best spoke to there supervisor who is a little Hitler very arrogant and not interested !! Then when you get to see a doctor it is a locum who hasn't got a clue about your condition ,they want you in and out the door quickly .Tried complaining but they don't listen !! what has happened to this surgery !! Dr Bedi you can never see as he has private patients and TV appointments Dr Cordiner stressed with having to deal with it all . I am going to have to look for a different surgery sad as it is but no one is listening I was so proud to say this was my Doctors I understand with the cuts there stressed but they should listen to patients needs if they want to save money have checking in system instead of useless receptionists only wish the Doctors would read what people think and do something

The appointment system at this surgery is terrible, since dr dias retired this surgery has gone down and down in quality, it gives the impression the two owners are looking for an easy life and the place is run by learners. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. Why not sell it off to someone that cares.

They could improve the practise by having regular doctors instead of trainees who change every few weeks & really don't have a clue how to treat you. Also to change their appointment system. Why is it necessary to have a telephone consultation to diagnose an illness & to see if you need to be seen. Having to wait around for a doctor to call you back does not work for working people who can't take calls in work. What wrong with just ringing up & booking an appointment? I think there's some serious thinking & changed to be made to get this practise the good name it used to have!

New years eve. Went to collect a prescription and they were closed, at 12 noon! I'd been trying to get through on the phone but couldn't, (no change there then) so checked the web site for opening times, you know, just in case. It would have been helpful if there had been any hint on there, that they intended to closed early!! ..none if your in doubt. Thursday now, so that'll be 4 days before I am able to collect this now!...date copied from the review I put on google. In addition the appointment system is abysmal, cannot possibly be designed to assist patients and please note - it does NOT WORK!

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you can only make same day appointments and not book any in advance, do they not think people work? I work in a doctors surgery myself and have never heard anything like it, I think this system is seriously unprofessional and bizzare and quite clearly I'm not the only one who seems to think this. Why on earth can't you pre book an appointments?! Numerous times I have called after work to make an appointment suitable for me, to be bluntly told I need to ring back in the morning, even though I have told them I can't that doesn't seem to mater to them. Only people this system may not be a problem to is people that don't work. Would certainly never recommend to anyone.
